Showcase Your Vows

A cool thing to do for the wedding album or a stand alone print is to showcase your wedding vows onto an image.  This is one example of what I can do to customize your wedding book. Be sure to check out the gallery page for examples of actual pages culled from various wedding and engagement books.

When my couples come in to view their images, I usually have them pick images that are NOT going to be included in their book.  These are usually duplicates (bw, color, sepia, etc.) of the same picture. The goal is to include all images from the day, but sometime there are some that go into the outtakes folder.  At this time we decide which image will make the cover and what the dominant color will be.  Many times we go with the bridesmaid colors although classic white is always a great choice of album color.  Breaking up the album with text is always nice whether a poem of love  or the wedding vows.

Free Fonts for the Wedding Program

Are you making your own invitations or wedding program?  With the plethora of slick word processing programs out there, I highly recommend doing this and saving a few dollars.  If you are looking for some different (and free) fonts, head on over to Font Squirrel and download what you need.  It's all royalty free.

If you are on a Mac, I highly recommend Pages from the iWork suite or Print Shop for Mac or PC.
