Lifetime Guarantee

Let's talk photographic prints today.  While I love digital media and own an iMac, iPhone and will be using my new iPad as my traveling portfolio, there is still nothing like a great looking print.

I'm now offering a Lifetime Guarantee on all prints purchased through me.  I can't replace any photographs that have been damaged by careless handling (left in the sun, food spills, etc.), but will do so if it is the fault of the printing process itself.

I'm doing this because I believe no one will EVER take me up on this offer.  I say that because the prints I'm offering are of the highest quality and will beat the local retail store every time.  I keep them at a reasonable price too.  Take a look at my Print Price Brochure.

Here are just a few of the reasons my prints will last longer and look better than the local drug chain:

  • protective coatings & finishes
  • from a pro lab with the highest quality printers and inspectors
  • my computer monitor matches that of the lab's printers for accuracy

I plan on including this certificate on large prints ordered through me.  You can slip it in behind your print and if something should go wrong, you can always contact me.

One last thing.  This is one of the most important events in your life.  Don't treat it like a snapshot you took with your phone.  Get your wedding and portrait printing done by a pro.  You won't regret it.

Bride's Little Sister

Every once in awhile I like to showcase my other work.  Since it's been raining High School Seniors around here the last two weeks, here are a few images from those sessions.

The photograph above is Maryah who came to me through her mom, who was the Maid of Honor at Carol and Shannon's Wedding.  We did studio and location shooting and went from "pretty shots" (see above)  to more gritty, urban images as pictured below.

These on location shots were taken in downtown Crown Point, Indiana.  On Thursday night there are a lot of cool cars parked around the Square so we could not resist taking some of those.

If you are a bride with a little sister / brother or cousin, send them my way.  Be sure to tell them about The Chicago Sessions: Senior Style.

Announcing: The Chicago Sessions - Senior Style

I apologize to all the Brides reading, but this one is for your little sister or brother!!  You may already know about my Engagement Package: The Chicago Sessions.  This new package is built off of that, but geared to High School Seniors.

Taking shots in a local Northwest Indiana park or at The Dunes can make for some great images.  However, the great city of Chicago is so close and can make for some dramatic scenes.  I love doing the Senior Sessions because they are always up for something different.

From Millennium Park to the urban alleyways of The Loop, there are endless opportunities for some cool images.  Transportation to and from the city is included in the package.  Download the Chicago Sessions: Senior Style Brochure and forward it on to the high school student in your life.

Me, me, me, me, me.....

It's all about me!!

Today's post is short and sweet.  I'd just like you to visit the About Me Page and read the interview there.  It has a lot of information about how I approach wedding photography, tips for a successful shoot and all around "get to know your photographer" kind of stuff.  As you will read, I think having a good rapport with your photographer makes all the difference in the world.

Now you must excuse me as I must get back to the mirror.  I sense a hair or two may be out of place!!  :)

Just kidding... No really, it's not just about me.  I swear.
